FFDEs are requested by employers if there is reasonable concern that an employee may be unable to do their job because of a psychological condition or impairment.

Officer Involved Shooting Debriefings

Our doctoral psychologists provide confidential Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) debriefing sessions to support officers following a shooting to reduce its potential negative impact on one’s wellbeing, provide education about normal reactions to the event, and provide support in returning to work.
